The Infant Child Treatment (ICT) Team at Aisling Discoveries provides counselling services to families with young children living in Scarborough. We are dedicated to promoting infant mental health and provide counselling services for babies and toddlers (under the age of four) and their families.

Infant mental health is about a young child’s healthy social and emotional development (Zero to Three, 2001). We know that all parents want to provide their babies and toddlers with love and care and ensure that they raise happy and confident children. At Aisling Discoveries we want to support parents as best we can in their parenting hopes and dreams.

Through our ICT ACTION project, the ICT Team aims to increase awareness of infant mental health and to better understand the needs of families with babies and toddlers living in Scarborough.

We are inviting our community partners and Scarborough parents to work together with us in identifying barriers in counselling services, areas of need, gaps and strengths to build on.

We want to hear your opinions and invite you to fill in our survey. We value your participation and look forward to your feedback.
