Babies Best Start is a prevention and early intervention program that promotes optimal growth and development for young children prenatal to three years of age. It involves the recruitment, training and supervision of parents from the community to carry out a supportive home visiting service to new parents of similar ethno-cultural background.
In addition to the home visiting program, a birth companion program, a community-based Parent-Child Mother Goose program and a mobile toy lending library are also provided.
